Is your feature request related to a problem?
I have a proto defintion using edition "2026"; however, I'm unable to compile it using the latest version in the Bazel Central Repository, 1.82.0. It fails with an error message that says:
.../contract/fortune_service.proto: is a file using edition 2026, which isn't supported by code generator protoc-gen-rpc-plugin. Please ask the owner of this code generator to add support or switch back to a maximum of edition 2024.
Describe the solution you'd like
It seems the version 1.84.0 supports it, so publish that version to Bazel Central Repository.
