What to build
A repo owner can write a reviewer config that works and can prove it works. The review-bot triage reference in go-mode links the third-PR threshold to correct. It gives a structure for a reviewer config: what to flag and where, what to ignore, and an instruction to name the line and a specific fix in plain words. To test the config, the owner plants a bug that passes every local check, then sees whether the reviewer catches it and whether an agent can fix it from the comment alone.
Acceptance criteria
- The review-bot triage reference links the third-PR threshold to
correct. - The reference gives the reviewer config structure and the planted-bug check.
- go-mode passes the authoring-a-skill validation and the build.
