At pkgs/swift-google-wkt/Sources/GoogleWKT/Timestamp.swift (lines 62–70), minSeconds is documented as "The maximum value for the seconds component" and maxSeconds is documented as "The minimum value for the seconds component, approximately years" (with the descriptions transposed and the number of years missing before years).
Suggested direction:
Swap the doc comments on minSeconds and maxSeconds and fill in the missing magnitude (~10,000 years).
