Our current CI workflows have bumped the actions-rust-lang/setup-rust-toolchain action to v2, which by default doesn't error out on warnings anymore. We keep the current behavior by adding a flag to the action:

  uses: actions-rust-lang/setup-rust-toolchain@v2
  with:
    cache: false
    rustflags: "-D warnings"

This flag is not required once we update to Rust 1.97 or above.
