Search and fetch tools work anonymously; tools that run or write use OAuth 2.0 with dynamic client registration (metadata at https://rokha.ai/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server). The server is published in the official MCP Registry as ai.rokha/rokha 1.0.0. The skills/ folder is a copy of the repo's top-level skills/ because a plugin's files must resolve inside its root.
