The package uses the hosted streamable HTTP MCP endpoint at https://govgazette.com/mcp. Public research reads require no GovGazette account. Saved-search operations require a separate workspace key that is not bundled with the plugin. The two bundled skills cover contract research and exclusion review, including source citation and treatment of retrieved content as untrusted evidence.
The package validator passed for version 1.3.0. Both skills passed @microsoft/vally 0.12.0 lint. This submission requests marketplace review; it does not claim native Copilot acceptance or a public listing.
