Start with the existing monitor tools: create_uptime_monitor, create_metric_monitor, delete_monitor_environment, and the find_monitors description. The issue offers two paths: a catalog-only create_monitor tool for cron schedules, or a find_monitors note pointing to SDK monitor_config and sentry monitor run --schedule. 描述
When an agent sets up monitoring, it can create uptime monitors (create_uptime_monitor) and metric monitors (create_metric_monitor), but there's no tool to create or update a cron monitor. The only cron write tool is delete_monitor_environment. So the agent tells the user to create the cron monitor in the UI, or skips it, and the job goes unmonitored.
The CLI can already do this with sentry monitor run --schedule, which upserts the monitor on check-in, and SDK monitor_config does the same. Nothing in the MCP points to either.
Suggested fix: add a catalog-only create_monitor tool (schedule, timezone, check-in margin, max runtime, failure/recovery thresholds) next to create_uptime_monitor. If that isn't wanted, add a line to the find_monitors description saying cron monitors are created with SDK monitor_config or sentry monitor run --schedule.
Acceptance: an agent using only the MCP can create a cron monitor, or is told by find_monitors exactly how to create one.
