Run t/session_hooks.t and t/session_hooks_no_change_id.t under the JVM backend; done means the final HTTP::Cookies->clear() calls succeed and both tests complete. Note that open PR #1748 already targets this issue.

Summary
PerlOnJava's bundled HTTP::Cookies 6.11 implementation does not provide clear(). Dancer2 session tests call this method to reset the cookie jar, so their change_session_id subtests abort even though preceding assertions pass.
