[configlet] list-ops: missing test cases

缺失的用例是 list-ops 题目规范中 UUID 为 64d77184-5f74-4845-b158-545d2dd2df98 的那个（反转一个非空奇数长度列表的元素）。按照跟踪 issue #2959 中的 "How to do this task" 步骤获取 configlet 并重新生成 list-ops 测试，然后检查该赛道的 list-ops 测试文件中是否出现新用例。当该 UUID 有对应测试且 Java 测试套件通过时，即为完成。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。

The following test cases from problem-specifications are not yet implemented in this track:
