[configlet] list-ops: missing test cases

缺少的測試案例是 list-ops 題目規格中 UUID 為 64d77184-5f74-4845-b158-545d2dd2df98 的那個（反轉一個非空奇數長度列表的元素）。依照追蹤 issue #2959 中的 "How to do this task" 步驟取得 configlet 並重新產生 list-ops 測試，然後檢查該賽道的 list-ops 測試檔案中是否出現新案例。當此 UUID 有對應測試且 Java 測試套件通過時，即完成。
由索引模型根據 Issue 內容生成。

The following test cases from problem-specifications are not yet implemented in this track:
