[coverage] Conformance findings: SESSION-017

从 tests/ 下 coverage PR diff 中的 SESSION-017 xfail 测试开始，并使用 SELECT 1 AS test_value 重现它。跟踪 ConnectionOptions.customHeaders 的 TypeScript driver 路径，并比较 OpenSession 和 ExecuteStatement 的请求断言。完成的标准是：测试通过，并且在 session-open 时发送两个已配置的 header，在 statement 请求中发送预期的 header。

Summary

Surfaced by the multi-language coverage fan-out while conformance-testing these SPEC-IDs against databricks/databricks-sql-nodejs. Each finding is committed as an expected-failure (xfail) test in the coverage PR — the test asserts the CORRECT (post-fix) behavior and stays red until THIS driver (databricks/databricks-sql-nodejs) is fixed, then flips green as a tripwire.

Findings

• SESSION-017 [thrift]: ConnectionOptions.customHeaders is accepted but silently dropped: no configured custom header appears on the Thrift OpenSession or ExecuteStatement request on the wire
  • failing test: custom HTTP headers are sent on every request — session open and statement [thrift] [xfail: driver drops customHeaders] (see the coverage PR diff under tests/)

• The behavior was first fixed in a DIFFERENT driver — reference PR: https://github.com/databricks/databricks-odbc/pull/180 — which seeded the shared language-neutral spec. This issue tracks the same conformance gap in databricks/databricks-sql-nodejs; the reference PR is for cross-referencing the intended behavior, NOT a change to this repo.
