reviewer do not have behavior to check spec + document. so it just based on test that created
Steps to reproduce
run reviewer with opus
i create dev with opencode. however i checked that created code is ok. check manually with opus
Expected behavior
reviewer check with document that connected with the story that created
Actual behavior
no check at all
