Description
Currently, there is a tag 10.3.0 and a tag 10.3.1 and a branch 10.3.x. The branch is on 10.3.0 and the tag 10.3.1 is on the main branch.
This is a bit confusing. Shouldn't everything between 10.3.0 and 10.3.1 be merged into the 10.3.x branch and the 10.3.1 tag moved to the tip of 10.3.x? So anybody checking out 10.3.x will get at least everything up to the 10.3.1 commit?
