The work goes in src/data.py, where get_loaders(batch_size) should return a dict with train, val and test loaders. Read issue #8 first, since this issue depends on it and the dataset it provides is the input here; the payload doesn't show that code. Done means one batch from each loader has shape (B,3,64,64) for images and (B,) for labels, and only the train loader shuffles.
