Start in scripts/train_custom.py, which does not exist yet, so check the blocking issues #20, #21 and #22 first to see where the Model A and Model B definitions and any data loading will come from. Build the CLI with --model, --epochs, --lr and --optimizer flags, then save the best weights to results/model_<X>.pt and the history to results/model_<X>_history.json. Done means python scripts/train_custom.py --model B runs to completion and writes both files.
