This is the first step toward the provenance DAG: a single CID that attests the whole experiment.

- The run record has a plain string
circuitCidfield.
Proposal
- Use
@helia/dag-jsonto encode runs with a CID link to the circuit record. - Keep reading old string-valued records.
- Align field names with the provenance bundle (#4) so the two formats do not diverge.
Acceptance criteria
- A new run record resolves its circuit through the link.
- Old records still open.
- A test traverses run to circuit from the root CID.

- Round-trip encode and traverse tests.
Part of #43. Ground rules for the content layer: no secrets in the repo, content-layer failures must never block or discard quantum execution, and tests and docs ship with every PR.
