Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The MedMNIST dataset (https://medmnist.com/) is much larger than the MedNIST dataset used in our examples and has a clearer provenance. Perhaps we should change over to using it? The license is stated as:
The MedMNIST dataset is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), except DermaMNIST under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0).
The code is under Apache-2.0 License.
