Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The CONSep dataset has been missing for a while now. Issues such as https://github.com/Project-MONAI/tutorials/issues/1542 and https://github.com/Project-MONAI/MONAI/issues/5412 have been tracking this without resolution.

Describe the solution you'd like
I have something marked as consep stored on a server that appears to be this dataset, but we'd have to verify it was indeed the dataset and was released under Apache 2.0. We can then rehost on huggingface.
