Add support for renaming PowerShell class references

首先复现两个类示例，并在类名引用上按 F2。跟踪 PowerShell Editor Services 中现有的重命名处理，包括同一文件中的类引用以及可选 Attribute 后缀的行为。完成的标准是：重命名会一致地更新声明、构造函数、类型引用和属性用法。

Summary

This is not a bug, but the README says that rename scenarios should be filed as bug reports, so that's what I'm doing.
I think it should be fairly trivial to add renaming support for PowerShell classes defined in the same script file.
Expected:

One thing to keep in mind during implementation is that a PowerShell class can also be used to define an attribute, and an attribute type can drop the optional Attribute suffix in an attribute context as seen here:
