描述
To make it up to date with modern Java versions and the current state of Paper/Minecraft, it should
- be rebranded to more clearly be Paper's recommended startup flags, saying they're aimed at Java 25 but work for others (mainly newer ones) as well
- remove the metric/blog link at the end
- add
-XX:+UseCompactObjectHeaders - possibly remove
ParallelRefProcEnabled- some other options are technically redundant as well now, but this one specifically logs warnings on jdk 26 and 27 due to being removed soon and just being the default on 25
