The payload names only the uavcan and reg data type namespaces and the Cyphal v1.1 data-layer claim, not any file paths, so first locate those namespaces in the repository tree and read the Cyphal v1.1 specification the body refers to. Nothing has been discussed or claimed, and no pull request exists. Done would mean a maintainer-agreed deprecation policy and a removal that leaves no dangling references. Expect to ask the maintainers before making changes.
