Start with DoorLockCommand in cars/egmp/src/lib.rs and the existing signal definitions in contracts/dbc/m-can.dbc. The issue says to capture the car's frames with SavvyCAN, add them to the DBC, then send them from firmware; first check the linked firmware#22 work and the read-only and car checks. Lock and unlock the doors (DoorLockCommand). It currently returns "Not implemented" (cars/egmp/src/lib.rs).
Capture the frames the car sends when this is done from the car itself (SavvyCAN logger, firmware#22), add them to dbc/m-can.dbc in contracts, then send them from the firmware.
Only send while read-only is off and the car identity check passes.
