What

Spike #955 found about 12 components that no page renders. Five of them still have a stylesheet, which is the last thing between #960 and its "no component stylesheets" goal. Deleting the components removes dead code, those stylesheets and the leftover utilities they emit.

Requirements
  • No component that is never rendered is left, and neither are its spec or stylesheet
  • No component stylesheet is left in angular-client
  • The Tailwind lint script reports no failures across the whole client
  • Tests, lint and the production build pass
Notes
  • Five orphaned stylesheets: switch, speed-display, steering-angle-display, drop-down-comps and bms-debug-page's segment-summary.
  • Nothing references: switch, steering-angle-display, segment-summary, and graph-caption's general-display-info and fault-display-info.
  • Others the spike counted: more-details, BMS-mode-display and starting-soc-timer.
  • Also leftovers: info-background's unused click handler and the last radius alias.
  • Open question: what's the full list? Some components are used only by other unused components.
