I meant to purchase the monthly plan but accidentally purchased the annual plan.
I noticed the error the next morning, less than 24 hours after the charge, before
making meaningful use of the service.
I emailed [email protected] and [email protected] on 2026-07-30 requesting a full
refund of this charge (I only want the monthly plan), and have not received a
response after 4 business days.
Could someone from the team help route this to support, or confirm receipt?
