Feature request: Duplicated mapper configuration

从 TypeAdapterConfig.GlobalSettings.AllowDuplicatedMapperConfiguration 开始，追踪 mapper 配置的编译位置。确定如何识别重复配置，然后验证当属性为 false 时编译会引发异常，而当属性为 true 时允许重复配置。

描述
It would be great if there would be a validation that no mapper configuration is duplicated.
TypeAdapterConfig.GlobalSettings.AllowDuplicatedMapperConfiguration
If the property is set to false an some mapper configuration exists multiple times an exception should be raised when the mapper configuration get's compiled.
