Part of the Phase 2 epic (#23).
Current State
No previous/next navigation exists; themes must sort and search collections themselves (expensive, see Phase 1).
Tasks:

page.Prev/page.Nextover the site's regular pages,page.PrevInSection/page.NextInSectionwithin
the section, in the same language and output format - Order: by date descending then title (Hugo default), reusing the cached sorted views from Phase 1
- Nil at the ends
- Document on the page-variables docs
Tests live in Fanstatic.Test/ (xUnit + NSubstitute); fixture sites in .TestSites/. Run ./build.sh test; new/changed methods need CRAP ≤ 15 and ≥ 75 % line coverage.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Correct neighbours on a fixture site with two sections; nil at the ends.
