Run ./build.sh test and use the ratings example as the acceptance case: three data items should produce three section pages listed in the section and their tag pages; also cover duplicate-path errors and document the example.

Part of the Phase 3 epic (#33).
Current State
Every page needs a Markdown file. Sites with structured data (game ratings, books, products) must generate files
outside Fanstatic. Hugo solves this with content adapters.
Tasks:

Tests live in Fanstatic.Test/ (xUnit + NSubstitute); fixture sites in .TestSites/. Run ./build.sh test; new/changed methods need CRAP ≤ 15 and ≥ 75 % line coverage.
Acceptance Criteria:
- A fixture with 3 data items produces 3 pages listed in the section and in their tag pages.
