首先，将 Graphs.jl 中的函数与 GraphsBase.jl 中计划进行的拆分进行比较。确定哪些函数构成用户可重写的接口，哪些属于基本核心功能，哪些属于更高层的算法。当接口和核心功能放入 GraphsBase.jl，而算法仍保留在 Graphs.jl 中时，即视为完成。

描述
Splitting out GraphsBase.jl means deciding which functions
- Have to be overridden by users (the "interface")
- Rely on the interface while remaining reasonably basic (the "core")
- Rely on the interface and core while adding more sophisticated functionality (the "algorithms")
The interface and core will go in GraphsBase.jl, the algorithms will remain in Graphs.jl.
