Bad links with engine mounted as root

从 lib/jsonapi/link_builder.rb 中的 resource_url 开始，然后检查对于挂载在 '/' 的 engine，engine_mount_point 是如何计算的。重现报告中的根挂载情况，并验证生成的 self link 只有一个前导斜杠，而不是 '//v1/users/...'；对于非根挂载，现有的链接构建行为应保持正确。

Description

As described on lib/jsonapi/link_builder.rb#L139,

def resource_url(source)
    "#{ base_url }#{ engine_mount_point }#{ resource_path(source) }"
end

But in this case:

constraints subdomain: 'api' do
    mount MyEngine::Engine, at: '/' if defined?(MyEngine::Engine)
  end

This creates a double / due to root value of engine_mount_point.

I guess a little update of:

@engine_mount_point = @engine ? @engine.routes.find_script_name({}) : ""

should be enough.
