描述
scripts/slim-podd-sd.sh verifies the rootfs at line 109 with debugfs stat /opt/podd/bootlog.sh ... || die "diag bootlog.sh missing", but scripts/build-podd-sd.sh never installs bootlog.sh — that is done only by the separate scripts/patch-podd-sd-diag.sh. So slimming a freshly built (un-patched) image always fails, an undocumented ordering dependency (build -> patch-diag -> slim). Either drop the mandatory diag check from slim (make it a warning) or document/enforce that patch-podd-sd-diag.sh must run first.
