描述
docs/REPLACEMENT_PLAN.md §2.1 lists the Frozen (TEC/pump) MCU on /dev/ttymxc0 and the Sensor MCU on /dev/ttymxc2. The confirmed hardware truth is the reverse: crates/podd-core/src/config/device.rs (FROZEN_PORT=/dev/ttymxc2, SENSOR_PORT=/dev/ttymxc0, "Confirmed on Pod 4 hardware"), ARCHITECTURE.md, and CLEANROOM-OS.md all put Frozen on ttymxc2 and Sensor on ttymxc0. The doc carries a "historical" banner, but since it's a safety-relevant wiring fact (which MCU drives the heater/pump) and the plan is heavily referenced, it warrants at least a one-line correction/errata note.
