描述
Since #832, the study page's REDCap token field starts empty and is only sent when it has a value, with the hint "A token has been saved. Enter a new value to overwrite it." So once a study has a token, the admin portal has no way to remove it, for example when a study stops using REDCap or the token is revoked. Before #832 the field held the saved token, and emptying it cleared it.
Fix: add a "Remove token" action that sends null, and let redcapToken accept it, so hasRedcapToken goes back to false.
