描述
After a GROMACS study finishes, traj.xtc, ener.edr and topol.tpr stay in the run directory; Outputs holds only the final .gro, chemsys.pdb and the log, so every analysis starts with ecce-fetch <task> traj.xtc ener.edr topol.tpr. And each task's clock restarts at 0 (tinit = 0), so Equilibrate and Dynamics trajectories cannot simply be joined. Wanted: copy-back of .xtc/.edr/.tpr for MD tasks (with a size limit and the option to leave them), a continuation that takes tinit and init-step from where its provider ended, and the Viewer showing a study's tasks on one time axis.
