描述
buildnml dies with error
NCEPLIBS_DIR = os.environ.get("NCEPLIBS_DIR")
if NCEPLIBS_DIR is None:
raise SystemExit("ERROR: must set NCEPLIBS_DIR environment variable")
Because newer versions of NCEPLIBS do not define this variable. We need to find another method or request that this variable be defined.
