The issue concerns the startup flow that scans installed packages and checks for updates; no file or test is named in the payload. Describe the improvement
Checking updates must go AFTER scanning of installed packages is finished (at least by default, maybe it can also be disabled in settings)
Describe how this improvement could help users
- Ensures to find all updates. When I launch UnigetUI, it starts both processes at the same time. I have billion apps installed and at first it finds like 4 updates. After I wait scanning of installed apps to finish I load update check once more and it finds like 20 updates.
