Checking updates must go AFTER scanning of installed packages is finished (at least by default, maybe it can also be disabled in settings)
Describe how this improvement could help users
- Ensures to find all updates. When I launch UnigetUI, it starts both processes at the same time. I have billion apps installed and at first it finds like 4 updates. After I wait scanning of installed apps to finish I load update check once more and it finds like 20 updates.
