Start by locating how the databrowser currently selects and applies its optimized downsampling method. Check whether the existing tests cover downsampling choices; the issue names no files or tests. Done means the databrowser supports additional downsampling methods, including a last-sample option.

描述
At the moment the databrowser only supports optimized, which i think untill we implement LTTB in the archiver is probably the best. However I don't see whats wrong when you have a really noisy PV, or a waveform PV to use something like last sample.
