The warning is raised from SALib.sample.saltelli at line 110 and fires twice during the test run, so start by finding where climada calls saltelli with its sample size N and running the failing tests to reproduce it. The issue does not say whether the fix belongs in climada's call site, in the test parameters, or upstream in SALib, and that decision needs a maintainer. Done would mean the warning no longer appears in the test output, or the team has agreed on a documented reason to keep it.
