在未安装 CENTREannotation 包的情况下，通过 AnnotationHub() 和 ah[["AH116730"]] 重现该故障，然后将其与正常工作的 ExperimentHub 行为进行比较。跟踪资源加载路径以及包/类的可用性；当能够向用户明确指出缺少的包，并且已安装包的情况下仍能继续工作时，即完成。

描述
In ExperimentHub we get the following if the source of the resource package is not installed
GSE62944 not installed.
Full functionality, documentation, and loading of data might not be possible without installing
Install GSE62944 [yes/no] no
To indicate sometime a package is needed to load or read a resource.
We do not appear to have this implemented in AnnotationHub
