人脸属于敏感个人信息，《个人信息保护法》明确把生物识别信息列为敏感个人信息；2025 年 6 月 1 日起施行的《人脸识别技术应用安全管理办法》也要求减少人脸信息收集、存储，并提供非人脸替代方式。
