Run make demo-home to reproduce the stale underline while navigating and rebuilding Home. Done means keyboard movement and rebuilds cannot leave an old index underlining another project, with e2e and unit coverage and the former cue recorded in invalidates.

Seen on dev@debffabf6. Surfaced while verifying #1422; introduced by it.
What happened
A hovered project's underline can remain while the keyboard moves through conversations. projectHover stores a line index and is updated on pointer movement, but Home rebuilds its lines without clearing or rebinding that index. After a rebuild the underline can appear on a different project until the pointer moves. Clicking still acts on the correct hit row; the defect is the stale visual cue.
Replication
Deterministic (no model). Run make demo-home, hover one project name on Home, then use the arrow keys to change the conversation selection without moving the pointer. Observe the underline persisting. Trigger a Home list rebuild, such as a search or project refresh, and observe that the old index can underline a different project.
Where
internal/tui3/home.go:615 at dev@debffabf6 defines projectHover as an index; :4300 resets it only during pointer handling. The row draw checks that index in internal/tui3/homecell.go:499.
The fix
Clear project hover on keyboard movement and on line rebuild, or track the hovered project's stable identity and revalidate it against the painted frame.
Acceptance
- e2e: keyboard navigation and Home rebuilds remove or correctly relocate the underline before further pointer movement.
- Unit: a hover-then-rebuild test cannot underline another project by the old line index.
- Record the former stale cue in
invalidates.
