Minimal configuration
The operator console (`/_admin`) of a fresh app with no data, signed in as the only admin, light and dark schemes.
Steps to reproduce
- Set the console language to French (Profile › Language).
- Open
/_admin/agents/<agent>with a conversation, including one whose reply was interrupted. - Inspect the accessible names of the conversation list, the conversation region and the message thread, and read the footnote under the interrupted reply.
Expected behaviour
Every accessible name and visible string in the conversations view follows the console language, like the rest of the view (WCAG 2.1 SC 3.1.2, language of parts).
Actual behaviour
Four strings are hard-coded in English and bypass the view's own strings module: the list's aria-label="Conversations", the region's aria-label="Conversation", the thread's aria-label="Message thread", and the visible footnote reply interrupted. A French screen-reader user hears them in English on every visit.
