Version: 0.45.0
What happens: default: true on a video track is accepted and appears in data-tracks, but the rendered element is <track src="/c.vtt" kind="captions" srclang="en" label="English">, with no default. Captions therefore stay off until the viewer turns them on. media-components.md also does not state the shape of a tracks entry; the renderer maps src, kind, srclang and label.

Workaround: sovrium.com sets textTracks[0].mode = 'showing' from a body-end script.
