描述
Spawning from https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/66587, I would like to propose creating a dedicated nodejs/otel repo for a Node.js focused OpenTelemetry integration. This repo would serve as the base to work on how OpenTelemetry is integrated, verdored in the Node.js core like undici/amaro.
