Describe the bug
The Copilot Cost Management beta API types appear in public beta metadata, but corresponding cmdlets are missing from PowerShell SDK v2.41.1.
/copilot appears absent from the module mappings. Similar gaps were resolved by adding an API tag to an existing module (#2283) or creating new module mappings (#2889). Which approach is appropriate for /copilot/costManagement?
What additional mapping or onboarding is required, and is this PowerShell-specific or shared with other Graph SDKs?
Expected behavior
Generated beta PowerShell cmdlets should be available for the documented /copilot/costManagement APIs.
