[github.dev] 0.176.0: Pull Requests view missing and PR info fails to open (0.174.0 works)

- OS: ChromeOS, Chrome 156 (github.dev, web)
- GitHub Product: GitHub.com
On github.dev, GitHub Pull Requests 0.176.0 does not show up in the activity bar and VS Code cannot open pull request information. Downgrading to 0.174.0 fixes it, so this looks like a regression between 0.174.0 and 0.176.0. It was working yesterday.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open a pull request on github.com and press
.(or go togithub.dev/OWNER/REPO/pull/NUMBER). - Look at the activity bar and try to open the pull request information.
Expected: the GitHub Pull Requests view appears and the PR details and diffs open.
Actual: the GitHub Pull Requests entry is not shown in the activity bar, and VS Code cannot open the pull request information.
Workaround: open https://vscode.dev without a repo, use "Install Specific Version..." to install 0.174.0, then open the repo or PR in github.dev.
