Reproduce with a GitHub issue attached as context and compare what Copilot receives with the issue description. Done when Copilot can use the selected issue's description as context; the report also asks whether comments are included.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Have an issue in your remote repository at GitHub.com
- Add context via the "+" button in the Copilot chat, then choose "GitHub Issues...", then select the issue to add as context
- Ask Copilot to analyze and fix the issue
Expected Outcome:
- Copilot reads the description and perhaps even all comments from the issue's history, as if it was provided via direct text input, and proceeds accordingly (this is at least how I understand the "GitHub Issues..." feature of the extension)
