Reproduce the behavior with a pyproject.toml containing a [[tool.uv.index]] configuration, then determine whether --no-config should be retained while preserving that index configuration; done means the intended configuration behavior is confirmed and covered by an appropriate test.

In UV.fetch/3 you're passing --no-config to the uv sync command. For me, this makes it ignore my [[tool.uv.index]] configurations. Is that intended?
