The issue does not name files or tests. Start by locating where Pythonx invokes UV and where package options are received, then trace how dependency downloads are configured. Done means callers can include --native-tls in their options and UV receives it during dependency installation.

描述
I think I need to be able to pass --native-tls to UV in order to use built in tls on my corporate machine. I wrote a library outside of work that I'd like to use at work which has a pretty strict security regime so this would need to be possible to include in opts in my package which get passed to UV so it will be able to download dependencies.
