找出伺服器產生 pwclientrc 檔案的位置，以及後端預設值的設定位置。比較現有的 xmlrpc 預設值與受支援的 REST API 設定，然後驗證新產生的設定使用 rest，同時保留預期的檔案格式。

pwclient now supports the REST API. As noted in https://github.com/getpatchwork/pwclient/issues/22#issuecomment-1532693342, the pwclientrc files we generate on the server use the legacy xmlrpc backend by default. We should change this.
